Our Mission
About Tha Village Network
Tha Village Network is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering fathers, strengthening families, and building communities that support children on the autism spectrum and with special needs.
Founded by Will Adams, Sr., Tha Village Network was born from personal experience. After navigating the challenges, victories, and uncertainties of raising a child with autism, Will recognized a gap in support for fathers. While many resources exist for children and caregivers, fathers are often expected to carry the emotional, financial, and mental weight in silence. Tha Village Network was created to change that.
Our mission is to ensure that no father or family walks this journey alone.
We provide a safe, judgment-free community where fathers and families can connect, share experiences, access trusted resources, and build meaningful relationships. Through monthly fathers' meetups, educational workshops, family events, advocacy initiatives, strategic partnerships, and Tha Village Podcast, we create opportunities for parents to learn, grow, and support one another.
We believe that supporting fathers is essential to strengthening families. When fathers are equipped with the right tools, resources, and community, they become stronger advocates, more confident leaders, and more present parents.
At Tha Village Network, we are also committed to raising awareness around the mental health challenges faced by parents of children with autism and special needs. By encouraging honest conversations, reducing stigma, and fostering brotherhood, we help fathers prioritize their own well-being while continuing to care for those they love.
Our vision is to build a nationwide network where every family raising a child with special needs has access to support, education, advocacy, and a community that understands their journey.
